These products consist of various independent software systems that fall in to Single sign-on (SSO) access control category where application titled as 'Management' acts as central application of our system.

Collection of information: We collect personally identifiable information (PII) that is voluntarily provided to us by you. Only required information for one individual is email address that is used as username, password and company name. Any additional information can be added or deleted at any time in the future. Additional information includes user, company, school, organization, group or other entity's information. We retain PII for as long as necessary to fulfil a business purpose or comply with a legal request. We may automatically receive general information that is contained in server log files, such as your IP address, and cookie information.

Using of information: (1) We may use PII to verify your eligibility for our service and we may user your email address to provide you with information relating to your account, or send newsletters and other emails that may be of interest to you. (2) All of the additional information you provide us with may be used to enhance your other users experience within our service.

Sharing of information: (1) As you will be given a certain role within our system, accessibility of your additional info can vary. There are four roles within this system: user role, group admin role, application admin role and system admin role. Note that your information can be accessible to other users within this system if they are granted with roles of application admin or system admin. (2) We will not share PII with third parties for their own marketing or any other purposes. We will share PII with third parties if requested or required by law enforcement authorities, courts, or regulators, or these applications were purchased by third party, we may disclose any information we have about our users.
